Why Open An Account?

When you start an account with Falcon Taxis you can be assured of the best service and reliability, but with the added bonus of one monthly payment.  You will have access to our WebBooker service which will not only allow you to make your own bookings directly on our system, you will also be able to keep track of all past, present and future bookings.  In addition to this you will be able to follow the progress of your taxi in real time on a map from any standard internet browser.

How Does It Work?

After account arrangements have been made, all you need to do is book as normal, either over the phone or through our unique WebBooker service. You be will given a account number and for extra security a password can be added, you can setup any number of users, all users will have their own ID.  Our staff will ensure bookings are only taken from authorised users, giving you peace of mind and security. Standard terms and conditions apply (available on request).

Invoicing

Each month that work has been carried out you will be billed on a mutually agreed date, usually the last day of the month. You will receive a fully detailed invoice, listing all the relevant information and costs. Payment will be due within 30 days from the billing date.
