You can now book a taxi or obtain a quote online by using any of the methods above or by simply sending us an email, (please allow 24 hours for us to process your request if your enquiry is by email). Once we receive your booking or enquiry we will send you a confirmation email, confirming all details. In the unlikely event you do not receive an email then please contact our booking office.

However, if you require a taxi sooner, then please call us on 01296 58 00 00 or text your house number and postcode to 07803580000 and a vehicle will be dispatched within minutes and should reach you within 10 minutes of your call. A fast service is always guaranteed with Falcon Taxis!

Our Account Customers can log in to our WebBooker service allowing them to book taxis directly onto our system. WebBooker allows you to check the status of each booking you have made and you can track your taxi in real time. 

Please note submission of the 'Quote Me'  form does not constitute a firm booking, untill you recieve a Booking Confirmation from us. All bookings submitted via the booking forms are confirmed within 24 hours.
