Call Back is a new FREE and easy to use facility that Falcon Taxis offers to all its customers. This facility allows the driver to call your mobile or home telephones to notify you that your taxi has arrived.

Why use Call Back?

• No more waiting outside in the cold or rain for your taxi at pubs, clubs, restaurants or other establishments. Call Back will notify you when your taxi is on approach.
• No more missing your taxi.
• Extra safety and security for female customers and children.
• No need for the driver to sound the horn.
• AND there is no need to even answer your phone.

When the driver is approaching the pick-up address he/she presses a key on their data unit. This sends a signal to the computer in the office, which then calls the customer on the phone they used to book the taxi with, providing the number was not withheld. You will receive two rings on your phone.

Mobile Phone Set-up:

• Enter 01296 394080 into your mobile phone and label it “Taxi Outside”
• Once you have done this book your taxi in the usual manner on 01296 58 00 00 and ask the telephonist to put your taxi on Call Back.
• When your taxi is due to arrive the taxi driver will activate Call Back and your mobile phone will ring twice displaying "Taxi Outside" and then cut off. You should now make your way to the agreed pick-up point.
• AND there is no need to even answer your phone.
