I have always used another taxi firm in Aylesbury but recently they have let me down too many times. On the advice of a friend I downloaded the Falcon app and used them for the first time tonight.

I always find it a little nerve-wracking booking taxis to the airport, especially using a new company for the first time. However, my experience with Falcon was second to none!
The app is super easy to use, I booked a taxi in advance with a few clicks and had email confirmation of my booking within minutes. I had regular updates via text and email of my driver’s arrival time and location, in addition to being able to track it in the app. Also, their customer service is super speedy on the emails!
